Apple to raise prices amid global RAM shortage

Apple is preparing to increase prices across its core product lines, including the iPhone, iPad, and Mac. CEO Tim Cook attributed the move to an ongoing global shortage of RAM, stating that the rising expenses from suppliers have become unsustainable.

The industry-wide memory crunch is largely driven by massive demand from AI companies expanding their data centers. Apple has already begun adjusting its lineup, removing some base configurations and increasing starting prices for certain Mac models.
